Take time to listen...

Multi-tasking is so prevalent today that it can be a challenge to just take time to listen when someone is speaking.

Instead of thinking about the next thing you're going to say, stop, LISTEN, and absorb what the other person is saying. Pay attention to their tone, their body language, and the words. Then, when they are finished, you'll be better able to respond to them.
